How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Activate Bio-Rad’s life science marketing strategy in Japan providing market insights, targeting and positioning of product portfolios to generate demand, and enabling sales team to better engage customers.
• Develop and support campaign related initiatives within Japan. Work with the Group’s Outbound and Product Marketing Teams to understand key products, strategies, and capabilities. Train sales teams to make the most of campaigns and sales tools. Gather and communicate market dynamics to the business groups and selling organizations.

• Exceptional public speaking skills
• High level of field experience including higher-level customer-facing activities.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse audiences and peer groups.
• Displays leadership qualities among a diverse audience and peer group.
• English language skills required to perform the job duties (Business Level) and Must have native Japanese language skills
• Excellent IT skills required for campaign execution
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (MBA preferred).
• Life sciences educational background is preferable.
• Experience in the medical and life sciences campaign process preferred.
• 5+ years marketing and/or application support combined with direct customer interaction or field marketing experience in the life science industry, or equivalent experience.
